Synapsory Certification does not include any medical or psychological training and is not guaranteed to provide all of the skills and knowledge that may be necessary or helpful to work with certain specific needs children.
In addition, while the primary goal of Synapsory Certification is to allow you to stand-out among other care givers who might be considered to care for a child or children with specific needs, the Synapsory provides no guarantee that Synapsory Certification will lead to being hired either in the home or in the community or that you will be retained in such a position if you are hired to provide such care.
